Literally I would be so empty without her :-( I’m so sad right now but like you said its bittersweet.

yeah it’s really sad :(
the woman was in tears when she left him so i think maybe her husband forced her to get rid of him??? i feel really bad for her… but he was taken in by really great people and will get to spend all his time with his new owners at daycare and play with friends!

I’m so happy for him that he got such a wonderful group of people to care so much!!
It just hits home.. I got a poodle mix 2 years ago from a gal at work that was getting rid of a litter for her sister. My babe is the only one that has had a permanent home and not given away after a few months( one a week) to someone else or ended up at the shelter ..because yes, the grooming is tedious also I didn’t take her for novelty, I knew she would be the perfect baby for our family. I also understood from growing up owning Collies my entire life what it takes to own a furrier animal, and that if you truly love your animal you do what it takes for them to be healthy and happy. I get so sad because she had a twin in the litter and I wish I would have taken her too. A lot of animals get abandoned but I feel some times a lot of the furrier ones get into a bind because of their fur/ needs. I feel bad for the lady too because Im sure she didn’t want to, but having someone pushing against you can be so tough. Thanks for sharing this story. :-)
